We'll run a Works Notice end to end - Epic, Task and Sub-tasks - the same way a real lane closure notice moves through Jira. One of you builds it, the rest of us take a role each.
Assign a person to each role below before we start.
Create the Epic (Lane closure) and the Draft works notice task, then assign the task.
Create the three sub-tasks under Draft works notice, and assign each as you go.
The task's own status follows its sub-tasks - move it forward at each milestone.
Starts as soon as the draft's Complete.
Example comment: "Reviewed - looks good, no changes needed."
Once every sub-task is Complete, move Draft works notice itself to Complete. Distribute works notice would pick up from here - not today.
We'll switch across to the live board now. The deck holds our place with a running timer while we work in Jira.
